Collaborative Summer Reading Program
Programs For Babies and Parents
(Ages Birth-2 with Accompanying Adult)
Little Hands Signing (45 minutes)
Each theme-based session introduces the benefits of signing with young
children, combining age-appropriate signs and activities with solid
information for caregivers. The 25-minute storytime will be followed by a
play session for babies/Q&A session for adults. Many themes are
available, including:
Little Hands Signing: Baby's Signing Day
(recommended for one-time programs and gives an overview of
useful signs to use throughout a typical day)
Little Hands Signing: First Signs
(recommended for first program in a series)
Little Hands Signing: ABC Signs
Little Hands Signing: Bathtime Signs
Little Hands Signing: Bedtime Signs
Little Hands Signing: Celebration Signs
Little Hands Signing: Diaper and Potty Signs
